Hancock isn't a good pitcher so this bet isn't really a bet on him. It is primarily a fade of the Rockies. Seattle does have a big bullpen advantage though, and that could be crucial if this is a tight game late.

The Mariners offense has been far better against right handed pitching than lefties. The Rockies have been the opposite.
